Yes. Cnoté operates under a Data Processing Agreement compliant with GDPR Article 28 and Swiss nDSG Article 9. All personal data is hosted on EU/Swiss infrastructure. No personal data is transferred to the United States.
Do parents need to download an app?
No. Cnoté delivers school updates directly to parents' existing WhatsApp. Parents don't need to create any new account or download anything. There's zero friction — adoption is immediate.
What languages does Cnoté support?
Cnoté currently delivers messages in English, French, and German (EN / FR / DE). Each parent can set their preferred language independently. More languages are planned.
How long does it take to set up?
